Customers buying fuel at A A Rano filing station based along Sokoto Road Lalan Gusau had raised concern over non-availability of POS withdrawal machines to be used in payment for fuel procured.
Drivers lamented that it will be an act of sabotage for whoever is responsible for that mega station based in Lalan Gusau to refuse to heed to the customers’ cries by bringing another alternative POS withdrawal machine to ease the suffering of the customers.
Aminu Babba is a commercial bust driver who is on transit with passengers to Abuja from Birnin Kebbi he lamented that for the pass five months they have been complaining about the non-availability of POS at A A Rano Lalan station to be used by customers but the management handling that filing station turned their ears deep.
“They said single POS Machine used in the filing station has spoiled and that all effort to either fix the spoiled machine or brought another one has failed” the customer laments”.
He said plenty of customers who wanted to patronize A A Rano filing station of Lalan Gusau are frustrated to using another alternative one simply because the management have failed to act to their cries
They called on Alh Awalu Rano the owner of the business, to wade into the matter himself and restore the confidence of his customers.
