Suspected kidnappers demanded for the release of sixty million (N60M) ransom from a staff of Zamfara College of Education Maru.
A family source who spoke to Thunder Blowers said, the suspected gunmen invaded the private resident of one Bashir Sani Maru a staff of state college of education Maru located closed to the divisional police headquarters of Maru local government and picked his two wives and a nursing baby.
He told this medium that, when they broke into the house of the Bashir Sani he insisted that, they should free his wives and go with him, but they insisted that they are interested in going with the wives.
He said, after minutes of dragging, they took away the two wives and nursing baby to an unknown destination.
He said as on Sunday, the abductors called to demand for one hundred million naira (N100M) as ransom.
He added that after longest negotiations, they have agreed that they can only accept sixty million naira (N60M) as the figure on negotiation.
He said they have sent the nursing baby back to the father through some abductees they have released.
