Zamfara state chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) led by Tukur Danfulani has expressed gratitude to the people of Zamfara state most especially the party supporters for coming out enmarss as part of the plan to receive the President last week Thursday.
According to a statement by the party spokesperson Mal. Yusuf Idris Gusau said the party was keenly happy with the level turn out by the well wishers of the party and President by extension.
Idris said the planned visit of the President was aborted as a result of some unforeseen circumstances which compelled the President to shift his visit to another date to be scheduled.
He assured that despite the tight schedules of the President another date will soon be fixed for the visit to Zamfara.
Idris expressed hope that the people of Zamfara would continue to extend their support, love and cooperation to Matawalle led APC government in Zamfara so that dividends of democracy can be brought to the door steps of the people.
