An APC stakeholder in Zamfara Sani Abdullahi Wamban Shinkafi has called on the National Chairman of APC Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to Wade into the APC crisis in Zamfara with a view to resolving the lingering disagreements between some party stakeholders.
Wamban Shinkafi who stated this during an AIT interview insisted that the intervention of the National Headquarters of the APC in Zamfara crises is long overdue considering the fact that the party in Zamfara does not want loss any member at this critical moment of the APC political history.
He stated further that APC as a party in Zamfara should be drive toward recovering it’s lost mandate in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
He described as unfortunate that some over ambitious politicians have started nursing their political ambition ahead of the 2027 election describing them as politicians that are desperate and hungry for power.
He insisted that every God fearing person in Zamfara knows that what the generality of Zamfara people need is restoration peace.
He added that currently the economy of Zamfara is at stagnation point and while farmers could not access their farms some desperate politicians are busy overheating the polity.
