The National Chairman of All Progressive Congress Sen. Abdullahi Adamu has received a prominent Sokoto politician Alh Umarun Kwabo into the APC.
He was received alongside some commissioners, Special Advisers and state executives of the PDP during the APC Presidential campaign rally in Sokoto on Thursday.
Their reception was perfected few hours after the Deputy Governor of Sokoto Mannir Dan Iya tendered his letter of exit out of PDP.
Adamu who expressed delight with the decision of the decampees to Join the APC insisting that the political movement by the Jarman Sokoto and many others is apt and timely considering their level of political experience in the Sokoto politics.
He called on them to work harder and support Sen. Wammako in his bid to reclaim Sokoto State for the APC.
Ummarun Kwabo on behalf of the decampees assured the APC National Chairman that as people who understand the problem of the PDP in Sokoto will surely assist the APC in completing its mission of reclaiming Sokoto State.
