Some suspected armed bandits stabbed one Mansur Bello Mai Wurno to death after invading their private resident.
His wife according to some reports was also abducted by the bandits during the operation which took place on Tuesday.
The deceased according to source was rushed to the Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital but could not be as he passes away.
Dr. Tijjani Salisu Shinkafi a lecturer at Usman Danfodio University, in a post via his verified Facebook page said the recent incident in Shikari underscores the escalating insecurity in Zamfara state.
