Governor Bello Matawalle has announced the dissolution of all Special Advisers except that of Security Matters, retired DIG Mamman Tsafe.

In a statement by the Acting Secretary to the State Government Kabiru Balarabe, the dissolution followed the recent defection of Governor Bello Matawalle to the APC.

Balatabe said, the decision is to further give government the opportunity to identify more competent and capable hands that would help in running the administration of the state.

The statement further directed all the affected appointees to hand over the affairs of their directorates to their respective Director General or immediate chief accounting officers.
