A security consultant, Sani Abdullahi Wamban Shinkafi has warned that under no circumstance Governor Dauda Lawal should not accept the peace offer by the bandit terror leader Bello Turji.
Wamban Shinkafi in an interview with DCL Hausa service on Thursday, reminded Governor Dauda Lawal that accepting peace offer by Bello Turji will resort to betraying the confidence Zamfara people have in him.
He said the successes recorded by the joint security operatives to capture Bello Turji has awakened the confidence of the people of Shinkafi, Zurmi, Maradun, Raba, Isa and even Goronyo local governments.
He said the sustained operation resulted to the victory against Turji and his fighters where one of his strong Commanders Kachalla Dan Bokolo was murdered.
Wambai insisted that the murder of Dan Bokolo was a major breakthrough, since he was more disastrous than Bello Turji himself.
He recalled that Kachalla Dan Bokolo was the one who stopped a bus loaded with passengers in between Isa and Shinkafi and set them ablaze.
Wambai said currently, as a result of the sustained operation, Turji has gone into a hide-out that even his followers do not verifiable knows.
He called on the Governor to sustain the momentum until victory against Bello Turji is secured.
