The inaugural flight of the Nigerian Pilgrims scheduled to take off to the Kingdom of Saudi has left Kebbi for the city of Medina @16:54hrs on Wednesday.
The Pilgrims numbering (422) has a breakdown of (153) females and (269) male Pilgrims.
Nigeria’s Vice President Kashim Shatima alongside the Chairman of the National Hajj Commission Mr. Jalal Arabia witnessed the take off of the flight in Birnin Kebbi.
It could be recalled that this medium reported the departure of the NAH CON officials to the Kingdom of Saudi after inauguration by the National Hajj Commission to kick-start the 2024 Hajj Operations.
Malam Jalal Ahmad Arabi, congratulated the team on being chosen & urged them to live up to expectation by discharging their duties in accordance with their mandate. Stressing that their performance could make or mar the success of the exercise.
