The political get-to-gether of family members, political associates and well-wishers to witness the inauguration of Bello Galadi Political Organization is really a testament of a simple fact that people leave behind them not only the name but a lasting legacy of hope and cherishment .
When I was first called by Barr. Bello Galadi to be informed that I was made to be the Director of Publicity of his campaign movement I accepted his appointment without even asking some vital questions of what the political movement is all about and what role are we to play in that conglomeration of talented people the legal luminary assembled.
I waited patiently for the formal inauguration of the movement and last week Saturday was really a memorable day for me as we met interacted and share some thoughts about the fate and future of Zamfara State under the current political arrangement.
One thing that encourages me during the interface was the simple fact that those invited to attend the congregation were neither paid stipend nor demanded for anything materials but purely an expression of strong will and determination to join hand with people like Bello Galadi in championing genuine course for Zamfara state.
With a full structure from the (14) local government areas, one will doubt how a lawyer that is known to be busy have the time and determination to marry legal practice with in-depth political association with the people across the (14) local government ?
But one thing that answers this my question was simply the humanitarian face wears by Barr Galadi in the wake of complex social demands from the the people especially using his platform “Bello Galadi Foundation”.
During that interface people were given testimonies as to how Barr. Bello Galadi used his hard earned money to set up a foundation that torches the heart and mind of the children of the poor.
From scholarship to purchase of JAMB forms and also support in health care and humanitarian needs what I heard about the contribution of Bello Galadi to humanity is not only apt but encouraging and the testimonies gave me a renewed hope that the political journey by Barr Galadi can be genuinely triumphed.
Now that the structure of the organization has been inaugurated activities would commences while we await our collective decision on the party platform through which to contest, as well as the position which to contest for in the 2027 election.
Convincingly however, I must admit that the leader of the new group Hon. Kabiru Hashimu Dansadau is genuinely and truly a selfless personality whose wisdom and commitment I may not doubt at all despite the fact that I have not worked very closely with him.
I pray that as we begin the journey we shall support Barr. Bello Idris Galadi to reach the pick of his political envy and also uses same opportunity to help humanities.
