At the aftermath of the announcement of increase in the price of fuel, things are becoming harder for motorists within Gusau and it’s environ.
A tour of most of the filling stations in Gusau indicated that none of them except A A Rano based at Lalan Gusau is selling below, N1000 per liter.
AA. Rano is selling within average of N980 per liter while majority including ASAD filing stations at Gada Biyu are selling at N1000.
Majority of the filing stations that were selling the petroleum products up to Tuesday the 3rd of September 2024 have shutdown for no reasons.
Some motorists lamented that the situation is the hardest hence the price of the product has been skyrocketed and that the product has not been made available to customers as they have to join a long to access the product.
Some commercial tricycle owners also lamented that the price of local transport has increased due to the hike in the price of the product.
