The former APC gubernatorial candidate for Zamfara in the 2019 general election Mukhtar Idris Kogunan Gusau has donated a total of (1000) rams for distribution to APC stakeholders across the state.
The donation was handed over to the party state Secretary by one of his political associates, Hon. Babangida Zannan Damba.
Babangida stated that the gesture was part of the determination of Mr. Koguna in ensuring that party stakeholders celebrate their Id-el Kabir with relative ease.
In the breakdown, party executives at both state and local government are to benefit from (570) rams while other groups within the party are to benefit from (430) number.
Hon. Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima while receiving the donation on behalf of the party stated that the politician has been assisting the party members as well as working harder toward ensuring the unity of the party.
He thanked the politician for the unending support to party members and urged him to sustain the tempo.
In his remarks, the leader of the Yari political group Hon. Lawal M. Liman as true patriotic son of the party who always walk in the interest of the development of the APC.
He said despite all that has happened during the 2019 general election in which Muktar Shehu won with landslide victory and later lost at the Supreme Court verdict, he has never betrayed his party and had been contributing immensely towards its overall success.
