LAWYER TO UNVEIL A BOOK TITLED (80) TREATISES OF A SOCIAL ACTIVIST.

A private lawyer from Zamfara Barrister Bello Idris Galadi is to unveil a book titled “(80) treatises of a social activist”.

The book features a series of intellectual engagements between the lawyer who doubled as the Chairman of the Bello Galadi Foundation with both the government actors and other key stakeholders involved in both Zamfara and the Nigerian project.

It contains eight letters written on various social and political issues, including letter on massive vote buying to President Muhammad Buhari, letter on declining of a political appointment address to Governor Bello Matawalle, as well a letter written to Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission seeking for repatriation of the sum of N279,468,498.58.
The book also featured 24 open letter principal among them include open letter address to the then CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele on the deadline for the withdrawal of old naira notes.

Others include an open letter to former Governor of Zamfara Governor Bello Matawalle on the delicate security situation and the need for the citizens to be allowed to bear arms in defense of their lives. The book also featured an open letter over turbaning of a popular bandit leader, Ado Alieru by the Emirate of Yandoto.

The book also featured an open letter to President Bola Tinubu over his appointment as President of ECOWAS as well as other open letters on the proposed N7.1 trillion fresh loan.

The book also featured (7) memoranda including the one presented before the joint committee on public petition on the law prohibiting and punishing banditry. It also featured. It also featured another memoranda before the house committee on health on the need to provide for free and compulsory HIV/AIDS, Sickle cell pregnancy and Hepatitis test before marriage.
The book also featured five communiqué among which included the one on Federal University Gusau cut-off marks, and another one on gas-slender explosion in Gusau.
The book features (19) legal analysis inclusive of (3) seminar papers authored by him and (5) political analysis as well as (3) articles on human rights.

The book also featured (2) articles on free jambs forms, (1) on intervention, (2) economic analysis and explanation on one private bill.

The book is expected to be unveiled on the 1st of January 2025 in Abuja.
