Emir of Gusau Sarkin Katsina Alh Ibrahim Bello has urged wealthy individuals in the emirate to pull out from their stocks of wealth and support the poor and vulnerable people,, especially during this trying moment.
The Emir who spoke in an exclusive interview with this medium after a special prayer session organized by Governor Bello Matawalle like minds in Gusau said, the best time for the wealthy people to support the vulnerable and poor people considering the hardship poised by reaction of the new security measures adopted by the state is now.
The Emir also urged all stakeholders to desist from politicizing every step taken by the government without mincing its positive effect, in addressing the lingering social conflict in the state.
He thanked the organizers of the prayer session for their commitment to supporting the Governor in addressing the security challenges facing the state and urged other influential members of Zamfara community to emulate them.
He hailed Alh Musa Yakubu (Musaco) for his financial support in making sure that the prayer session is conducted.
