The late Senator Muhammad Makarfi, a former governor of Kaduna State, has received condolences from the Peoples Democratic Party and its Board of Trustees on the passing of his son, Dr. Faisal Makarfi.
The party’s acting national publicity secretary, Ibrahim Manga, and board chairman, senator Adolphus Wabara, made separate remarks on this subject on Saturday in Abuja.
In Makarfi town, Kaduna State, on Sunday, Mr. Faisal, who passed away in an automobile accident on Saturday, would be laid to rest.
Mr. Manga expressed his condolences to Mr. Makarfi, the former chairman of the PDP National Caretaker Committee and Secretary of the Board of Trade, calling the passing a great loss.
Mr. Manga prayed to God on behalf of the Makarfi family, expressing the party’s sorrow at the passing.
In a similar Wabara, Mr. BoT, represented by its Chairman, Mr. Wabara, conveyed the board’s deepest sympathies to Makarfi and his family, characterizing their loss as sad.
“We support him during this really trying time. Losing a kid is an unbearable pain. The loss of Dr. Faisal extends beyond his family to everyone whose life he touched with his commitment and kindness, he said.
Mr. Wabara has expressed his grief for the family of Faisal, who has passed away. He has prayed for strength, forgiveness, and Al Jannah Firdaus. The PDP family is united in their grief and extends their full support during this trying period. Their thoughts and prayers are with the family. The party also emphasized the importance of coming together as a community to provide comfort and assistance to Makarfi and his loved ones. They highlighted the impact that Dr. Faisal had on those around him, underscoring the depth of their collective loss.
