Residents of Maradun local government on Friday gave Governor Matawalle another celebrated welcome shortly after he completed his Friday prayers.
The Governor observed his Jumu’at prayer in his country home Maradun amidst hundreds of family members and well-wishers.
Residents of Maradun in their large crowd stood behind the major streets to wave at the Governor and wished him success as he moved toward 2023 elections.
One of the residents, Aminu Maradun said, people of Maradun were happy with the manner in which the Governor is driving the affairs of the state and promised to give massive votes that would lead to his triumph as the gubernatorial candidate of the APC.
“Governor Matawalle is matching to the seat of power for the second time and Zamfara under him will see a massive transformation in the area of education, infrastructure, health sector as well human empowerment”.
