The Global Center for Skills and Entrepreneurship Development (G-CED) in partnership with Brighter Future, Aeesh Children and Women Empowerment has organized a One-day exhibition to showcase made in Zamfara goods produced by young entrepreneurs who are participating in the skills acquisition training program.
This according to the lead organizer Aliyu Jubril Gura Guri Sardaunan Shinkafi was conducted in order to create awareness and encourage the young entrepreneurs in the state on need to embark on multiple entrepreneurship skills available at their door steps.
The event took place on Sunday at Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Memorial Stadium Sabon Gari Gusau, Zamfara state amidst other stakeholders who expressed delight with the development.
Mr. Aliyu Jibril Guraguri Sardaunan Shinkafi said the aim of the program is to attract the attention of the governments at all levels and other relevant stakeholders on the need to support the entrepreneurship initiative targeted toward empowering the talented youths in the state.
He added that, there are currently more than 6000 women enrolled in the program under the center and more are being mentored to key in to the initiative.
The programme according to Gura Guri is supported by a prominent politician and philanthropist Sani Abdullahi Wamban Shinkafi, Managing Director of Zamfara Investment and Property Development Company Anas Hamisu Lawal and one London Sabon Gari
