According to President Bola Tinubu, the goal of his Wednesday visit to King Charles III at Buckingham Palace in the United Kingdom was to deepen diplomatic relations with that country.
Dada Olusegun, President Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, revealed this in a statement on his verified X account on Thursday.

The visit was also confirmed by the Royal Family of the United Kingdom, who shared a photo of the two leaders at Buckingham Palace along with a caption including the Nigerian flag. “The Federal Republic of Nigeria’s President paid His Majesty a visit at Buckingham Palace yesterday.
