Zamfara State Police Commissioner Ayuba El-Kana said, the in-security situation along Kaura-Namoda Shinkafi road has been put under control
He noted that it is true for some days some bandits take advantage of some locations of the road to be attacking commuters but noted that, the command in collaboration with the other security agencies has deployed enough security personals along the road
He declared that as for now the road is free for movement, noting that he has deployed seven operational vehicles working from morning until evening.
He denied the story making round the public that Shinkafi-Kaura Namoda road is under siege, arguing that he has deployed eight tactical teams plying the road as well the announced the presence of the military operatives along the road.
He explained that “if you go to the location of the road, you will see commuters plying the road”
