A known supporter of Governor Bello Matawalle who doubled as the legislative aide to member Federal House of Reps for Gusau and Tsafe Nazir Ibrahim has raised alarm that, cabals within the government of Bello Matawalle have succeeded in sabotaging the recruitment exercise by the Zamfara Hospital Management Board.
Nazir wrote in his verified Facebook page that, the recent announcement of the suspension of the exercise is an indicator that some cabals within the government are playing the other way since they do not get what they wanted and therefore have no option than to frustrate the exercise.
“The management of HSMB has made a perfect arrangement to ensure that justice is done in the recruitment exercise the way the Governor instructed” Nazir wrote.
But he said, “something might have emerged between the management of the state hospital board, especially it’s Chairman and some cabals which calls for suspension of the exercise”.
“Your excellency the Governor, this step taken in making sure that the recruitment exercise is suspended may not affect Bashir Maru in any way, but it will cause the government serious criticisms and indeed affect the successful applicants”.
“We are going to fight those trying to sabotage this exercise because we knew who they were, and we will not allow them to cause a problem to this government similar to what happened when the last government wanted to recruit (1,400) civil servants”.
