An APC Chieftain and Political Adviser to the Minister of State Defense Ibrahim Maigandi Dan Malikin Gusau Goga has cried that until unity is achieved within Zamfara APC, the party may lose the chances of winning the 2027 elections in the state .
The politician who was speaking during a programme organized to receive the PDP candidate that contested the recently concluded Kaura Namoda state assembly election , insisted that unity is required within the APC to be able to maintain victory , similar to what happened in the just concluded state assembly bye election.
He warned those that are promoting their candidate ahead of the 2027 election to play it with caution, noting that the party is yet to decide who is to contest for the governorship in the 2027 election.
He insisted that their role was to always call the attention of the party leaders of the APC to put its house in order and also work in line with the public interest to ensure the success of the party.
He wondered why people are defecting from the APC and moving to the PDP , not mincing the fact that those that suffered in the rescue movement are yet to benefit from their hard labour for the party.
While thanking the organizers of the Yazeed project for the reception , he hailed Yazeed for fulfilling his promises to the people of Kaura Namoda South , noting the money was delivered cash to them as promised.
