Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara has alleged that President Bola Ahmad Tinubu is not getting the proper briefing concerning the spare of armed bandit activities in the state.
The Governor stated this while responding to questions from the Channels TV crew in an interview held on Tuesday.
He stated that at a point, he has to take time and explain to the President what Zamfara state is going through in the hand of the armed bandits.
Governor Dauda argued that, since Zamfara state is the hub of armed banditry in Northern Nigeria once the government can take care of Zamfara 90% of banditry will become history in the North.
He said since some invisible hands are working against the instructions of the President as the commander in chief of the Nigerian armed forces he will still go back to brief him on the condition of things.
