Zamfara State Commissioner for Women and Children Affairs Zainab Lawal Gummi has called on the women in to come out massively and vote for Governor Matawalle
This is contained in her Goodwill message at the celebration of 2023 International Women’s Day held across the globe.
She noted in a statement by the information officer of the Ministry, Sulaiman Isah that the government of Bello Matawalle has been up and doing in ensuring that, the welfare and wellbeing of the women in Zamfara State has been lifted.
She also affirmed that Matawalle is doing his possible best to assist women in their quest to ensuring that their wellbeing is enhanced.
She added that the government of Bello Matawalle has been up and doing in facilitating women’s empowerment and their sustainable development.
She also stated that if re-elected, Matawalle will provide much needed dividends of democracy to the women in the state.
On her part, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Hajiya Barira Bagobiri urged women to remain self-dependent and assured them of the commitment of the current administration to ensuring that women are supported at all cost.
