Zamfara State Deputy Governor Mani Malam Mumuni has chaired the state security Council and reviewed the existing security situation of the state.
Heads of security agencies in Zamfara , including the military, police, NS CDC, and others attended the meeting.
The Deputy Governor commended the efforts of the security agencies for their continued effort toward securing the state.
The Deputy Governor acknowledged that there are some pockets of fresh security challenges faced by the state, He explained that the situation is surmountable only if synergy is strengthened.
He assured that security remains pivotal to the economic development of the state , adding that the administration of Dauda Lawal remains its priority.
