Zamfara State’s former Deputy Governor, Sen. Hassan Muhammad Nasiha, has sent a message of condolence to the family of the late Emir of Gusau, Dr. Ibrahim Bello.
According to a statement personally signed by the former Deputy Governor, he described the demise of the late emir as a great loss to the entire people of Zamfara.
“It is with deep sorrow and a profound sense of personal loss that I extend my heartfelt condolences to the good people of Zamfara State on the passing of our revered monarch, His Royal Highness, the Emir of Gusau, Dr. Ibrahim Bello.”
“The late Emir was more than a traditional ruler—he was a teacher, a guide, and a father figure to many. I was privileged to have been one of his students during my formative years, a time when his wisdom, discipline, and commitment to knowledge shaped countless lives, including mine. Our relationship remained warm and deeply respectful throughout my tenure as Deputy Governor of Zamfara State, and I always cherished the counsel and support he generously offered.”
“His Royal Highness was a pillar of unity, peace, and progress in our dear state. His departure leaves a void that will be felt not only in Gusau but across the entire state and beyond. His legacy, however, will continue to live in the hearts of all those he inspired and led with dignity.”
“I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, grants him Aljannatul Firdaus, and gives the royal family, the Gusau Emirate Council, and the people of Zamfara State the strength to bear this irreparable loss.”
