Zamfara State Governor has instructed all residents of the recently invaded villages of Mafara and Maru who fled their homes due to the attacks to return home as government has map out strategies to contain the situation.
He gave the express directive when he paid a visit to some of the victim communities of Tungan Togo, Jangebe and Gwaram, all in Talata Mafara Local Government Area of the state.
While ordering for the immediate redeployment of military in all the affected areas, he assured the victims that, they will not be allow freely after they returned back home without adequate security arrangement.
The Governor also directed that, food and clothes be supplied to the victim communities to serve as a form of relief to them.
He sympathised with the victims of the attack and promised that his administration will continue to face banditry till it is eliminated out of the state.
The Governor called for continued cooperation with the security agencies just as he prayed that God exposes the perpetrators of the attack.
