People’s Democratic Party in Zmafara has condoled with the people of Gada community over the recent armed bandits attack which resulted in the killing of their district head.
The party also donated the sum of (N250,000) to the families of the victims.
Prof. Kabiru Jabaka in company of the State Secretary Faruk Shatiman Rijiya, Hon Saleh Zurmi and Alh Abba Oando the party Publicity Secretary represented the state Deputy Governor who doubled as the party leader in the state.
During the visit, the delegation met with the emir of Bungudu and condoled with him over the unfortunate incident and assured them of the readiness of the party to supporting them at all time.
Prof. Jabaka further said, it is time for the state government to be up and doing and emulate the leadership virtues of Borno State Governor of Prof. Zulum who is being celebrated by all the well-meaning Nigerians.
In his response, the Emir of Bungudu Sarkin Fulani Hassan Attahiru commended the delegation for the sympathy visit and prayer for God almighty to secure Zamfara State from the security threat confronting it.
