A non-governmental of organization, Zamfara Saving Grace Initiative has written a letter to the Governor of Zamfara Dauda Lawal urging him to intervene over the FCET Gusau leadership crises.

The letter which was forwarded to the Governor through the office of the Chief of staff has explained in detail the grand plan initiated by some unpatriotic members of COEASU FCET Gusau branch to put unwanted pressure on the Provost to resign her position.

The letter explained how some members of the COEASU are being used by some powerful politicians in Kebbi to ensure that the seating Provost Dr. Mrs Hauwau Gimbiya Mukhtar Abdulkarim has resigned her appointment for some baseless reasons.

The union while expressing readiness to join the other sister union in the court case they have already instituted against the State Ministry of Education, National Commission for Colleges of Education, COEASU National and Gusau Branch as well as the Provost herself.

They described the move to shortchange Zamfara state through the union as the highest level of unpatriotic sentiment and vow to institute any legitimate means to ensure that the move is aborted.

The organization urged the state Governor Dauda Lawal to use his opportunity as the Governor to ensure that the provost who is one of the daughters of the state has not been removed unjustifiably.
