T[tps_start_button label=”Start slideshow” style=”” class=””]he member representing Maru North in Zamfara state house of assembly Yusuf Alhassan Kanoma has threatened that if after (180) days the only surviving PDP legislator Hon. Saleh Zurmi has failed to show up at the state house of assembly complex he may face indefinite suspension.
Kanoma who spoke on Saturday when he featured on Thunder Blowers TV show Dawache Kazo said the rules of the legislative engagements are clear and that he shall not risk Zurmi people from having representation at the state house of assembly since the house will not relent in taking appropriate decision on him.
Regarding the allegations that the Governor of Zamfara is threatening his life, Kanoma said he should not being Governor into the matter, noting that his problem is purely with the state house of assembly not Governor.
“Hon. Salihu Zurmi should come out from where he is hiding and face his sin. He should not be calling names or be blaming people for what he has caused to him self”.
On the fate of the money allegedly mismanaged by the former Deputy Governor Kanoma said he will be reported to the appropriate anti corruption bodies for the money to be recovered.
