In a significant reorganization intended to enhance government operations, President Bola Tinubu has appointed seven new ministers.

The president expressed confidence in their ability to drive positive change and deliver results for the Nigerian people.

The newly appointed ministers are: Bianca Odinaka Odumegu-Ojukwu, Minister of State Foreign Affairs; Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment (Trade and Investment); Idi Mukhtar Maiha, Minister of Livestock Development; Rt. Hon. Yusuf Abdullahi Ata, Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development; Suwaiba Said Ahmad, PhD, Minister of State Education; and Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction; and Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, Minister of Labor & Employment.

In addition to urging the recently appointed ministers to serve the country, he added that all appointees must comprehend the administration’s eagerness and resolve to put Nigeria on a course for irreversible growth and devote all of their resources to achieving the government’s goals.

In order to guarantee that plans and programs are implemented effectively, he underlined the significance of cooperation and coordination among the ministers. In order to provide the Nigerian people with measurable outcomes, the President further stressed the importance of efficiency, accountability, and transparency in their individual ministries.
