The last batch of 177 cows and 50 bulls of sheeps recovered by the operatives of the Nigerian army have arrived the headquarters of Zamfara Zakkat and Endowment Board Gusau where they are handed over to the committee on recovery of stolen animals set up by the state government.
It could be recalled that, the operatives of the Nigerian army on Saturday have engaged the suspected bandits in a tight race operation which led to the recovery of 177 cows and 50 bulls of sheeps along Danjibga area of Tsafe local government in Zamfara State.
The Chairman of the committee Dr. Aliyu Sani Jangebe and members of his committe received the recovered livestock on behalf of the state government and appropriate steps have been institutionalised to hand over the recovered livestock to their authentic owners after proper confirmation.
