The Managing Editor of Thunder Blowers Multimedia Dr. Anas Sani Anka has dragged one of the prominent PDP supporters in Zamfara Garba Fanches to Upper Shariah Court Samaru over allegation of releasing in public a doctored audio conversation allegedly linked to him.
Anka who approached the court had instituted a criminal charges bordering on defamation of character, cheating and public incitements.
He said his attention was called to a doctored audio conversation circulating on the social media allegedly linking him to the conversation.
He insisted that the decision to drag Mr. Fanches to court was informed by the consultations he made where an insiders within PDP confirms that the audio was allegedly doctored by Garba Fanches on the instructions of a powerful PDP supporters in Zamfara State.
He said the PDP bigwigs are accusing the Managing Editor of Thunder Blowers of taking site with the APC and also having a hand in the the arrest of Ikira Bilbis and some members of the PDP in the state.
Dr. Anka said for long he was informed of the plan by some supporters of Dr. Dauda Lawal to dealing with him for siding with the APC and Governor Bello Matawalle.
The court has fixed Monday the 5th of December 2022 for commencement of the hearing of the matter.
