Governor Dauda Lawal is currently attending a summit on Digital Government Africa Summit holding in Zambia.
The summit is organized as a platform for public servants across all levels to interface with digital technology experts to discuss strategies of using digital tools to enhance governance and public service delivery.
During the event Governor Dauda Lawal has taken part in a panel discussion with the theme “Ensuring a secure and resilient infrastructure for citizen-centric E-government”.
The Governor emphasized the significance of robust digital infrastructure to support effective e-governance and security and resilience in service delivery.
The summit also provided an opportunity to highlight the achievements recorded by Zamfara state in the area of digital transformation.
He stated that the state has made significant progress in areas such as digital and communications infrastructure development, e-government implementation, and the promotion of digital skills and literacy.
