Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle in company of many other personalities including family relations and well-wishers attended the 3rd day Fiddau Prayers of late Zamfara state PDP Chairman Alhaji Ibrahim Mallaha Gusau.
In a statement by the Governor’s Press Secretary Malam Jamilu Iliyasu Birnin Magaji said, twelve prominent Islamic scholars steered the prayer sessions and prayers were offered for the reposed of the deceased.
The prayer session took place at the private residence of the late party Chairman located at Mortgage area Gusau the state capital.
The State Deputy Governor Mahdi Aliyu and Speaker Nasiru Muazu Magarya including former Minister of Defense Gen. Aliyu Muhammad Gusau, former military and civilian Governors of the state as well as former Deputy Governors had all attended the prayer session.
They all prayed for God almighty to forgive the deceased and grant him Jannatul Firdausi.
