Former Secretary of the Security Committee for Tsafe local government Ismail Mudi Tsafe has raised concern that while security situation has improved significantly within Tsafe municipal, villages of Tsafe local government are in a precarious situation.
Ismail Mudi who raised the concern via his verified Facebook page, insisted that some villages in Tsafe West specifically are now ghosts with nobody living inside them.
He noted that the popular bandit leader Dan Isuhu has placed levy on the people of (25) villages amounting to N172 million naira.
The villages he mentioned include Gijin Zama N8.5M, Dakolo N5M with (20) bags of soya beans, Gunja N7M and Kauyen Kane having five a levy of N5M imposed on them.
Other villages include: Kurar Mota N6M, Sabon Garin Bakin Gulbi N2.5M, Kibari N3M, Karda N5M and Daga Chiki N3M.
There is also Biya village N5M, Barebari N6M, Kauyen Magaji N7M, Kwaren Maisaje N10M, Magazawa N10M, Maciya N5M, Unguwar Dan Halima N5M and Unguwar Rogo N5M.
Other villages include Katanga N5M, Magazu N5M, Sungawa N15M, Rakyabu N15M, Yalwa N2.7M, Tsageru N5M, Gidan Anne N7M and Kunchin Kalgo N20M.
Ismail Mudi called on the leaders at all levels to come to the aid of Tsafe people and treat their case as an emergency one.
