Speaker Zamfara State House of Assembly Nasiru Muazu Magarya has received the Special Adviser Zamfara Road Maintenance Agency (ZAROMA) Eng. Idris Kurya who paid him a courtesy visit.
Eng. Kurya who led other members of his management team to the state house of assembly complex said the purpose of the meeting was to brief the Speaker on the core mandate of the agency and what he is expected to render as a support to the agency.
He used the opportunity to solicit to the members to consider appropriating funds for the purchase of civil engineering trucks to enable the agency become alive to its responsibility.
In his response, Speaker Magarya commended the leadership of the agency for the visit and assured them of the commitment of the lawmakers in making sure that, more funds are appropriated to the agency for the purpose.
