The payment of the second trench of state contributory pension for Zamfara civil servants is to be made before the commencement of this year’s Ramadan.
State Head of Service Mr. Kabiru Gayari made this known during an interface between leaders of the state NLC/TUC with the state Deputy Governor in Gusau.
He then takes opportunity of the meeting to recommend for the state government to work toward commencement of the implementation of promotions, settlement of backlog of gratuity as well as pension matters.
It could be recalled that, Zamfara labour union has asked for audience to meet with the state Deputy Governor and briefed about issues related to labour crises and see how he can come up to help in getting the issues addressed.
