The Special Adviser to Zamfara State Governor on Market Development and Management Agency Alh Sulaiman Usman Zumunchi has made a passionate appeal to traders who are occupants of the shops at the Gusau Central Market to hasten the payment of their annual rents as a way of getting more funds for the execution of expanded development projects in the Market.
Mr. Zumunchi who was speaking after a meeting with the contractors handling the work at the Gusau Central and old markets said, payment of the annual rent and approved service charges will evidently grantee provision of more projects required by the occupants in the market.
According to Mr. Sulaiman, the meeting between his directorate, the contractors and coordinating engineers from the state ministry of works followed a letter authored by his Directorate on the need to speed up the completion of the project.
He also said, the aftermath of the meeting resulted to the contractor handling the project, Nine Blue Stars International company Ltd. mobilizing back to the project site.
