The APC National Headquarters has issued a letter of appointment to Senator Hassan Muhammad Nasiha as the new Chairman of the caretaker committee of APC Zamfara.
In a letter of appointment dated 9th of July 2021 signed by the Secretary of the APC CECPC Sen. John James officially issued to this medium by the Governor’s Director General on Press Affairs Malam Yusuf Idris Gusau also confirmed the appointment of Mukhtar Ahmad Anka as the Vice Chairman of the committee as well as Prof. Abdullahi Muhammad Shinkafi as the Secretary of the committee.
The committee has eight terms of reference among which includes, to administer the activities of the affairs of the party in the state, reconciles disputing party members, bringing all members of the party under a common united platform as well as consulting critical stakeholders in making sure that all are carried on board in the discharge of their new assignment.
Other terms are, work toward tackling members of negative or retrogressive tendencies that can tarnish the image of the party and bring disunity among its members, use of the party constitution as the guide in the discharge of their duties, providing periodic briefings to the acting national chairman or secretary of the party and also terminate their work at the end of the party congress.
Governor Bello Matawalle was also served with the copy of the letter of appointment.
