A bill seeking for the Prohibition of all acts of discrimination against persons with special needs has passed through the first reading at Zamfara State House of Assembly on Wednesday.
The bill which was privately sponsored by the member representing Zurmi East at the State House of Assembly Alh Sale Zurmi who is also a person with special need is seeking among other things provision of access to opportunities for these category of people in all aspects of human endeavour.
