Hajiya Madina Maishanu the current Women Leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has formally defected to the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
She was presented before the APC stakeholders during an inaugural meeting of Matawalle and Shehi Amalgamated Mobilisation Group (MASAMOG) held at the state government House Gusau.
The Press Secretary to the Governor Malam Jamil Iliyasu Gusau announced to the gathering that the woman leader has defected formally to the ruling APC.
Members applauded her decision and wished her well. She was assured that she will be carried along in the development of the party.
Birnin Magaji said, with the development Zamfara APC is intact and that all those that matters to the politics of Zamfara are now united with the Governor Bello Matawalle in the APC.
