Zamfara State House of Assembly has unanimously agreed and dissolved all the fourteen local government Councils effective from today.
The resolution was made following the submission of the Auditor General report indicting them of missmangment of the local funds a source confided.
Also contained as the allegations against the council chairmen was security report released against them on the fact that they are not paying serious attention to the security challenges facing their various local government councils.
The assembly instructed the Governor to appoint local government sole administrators and provide all the logistics for the ZASIEC to conduct fresh local government election within three months.
