Barely less than (24)hrs after the abduction of (85) people in Wanzamai village of Zamfara state by some suspected armed bandits, another fresh attempt was made by the same bandits to attack the town again.
A source who confided in this medium said, the bandits on Sunday night around 7:00pm drove in a convoy of over one hundred motorcycles and attempted to invade Wanzamai town.
He said their attempt was un-succesful; hence there were the retinue of armed security operatives based to secure the area.
He noted that while the plan attack failed, they moved along their usual routes and while moving they invaded Anguwar Mai kara village and Sabon Garin Bilbis.
He said they killed two persons at Anguwar Mai Kara and two others at Sabon Garin Bilbis.
He also stated that many people were wounded, even as residents in the area continue to panic for the fear of the unknown.
