An APC stakeholder in Zamfara Ibrahim Danmalikin Gidan Goga has accused one of his political principals Sen. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar of neglecting his political actors in the distribution of Ramadan and Sallah gesture.
Danmalikin Gidan Goga who stated this during an APC stakeholders meeting held in Maradun on Saturday, insisted that though they are not against delegating the responsibility of distributing the Ramadan and Sallah gesture to the selected committees of Islamic scholars (Ulamas) but it was a serious mistake made by former Governor Yari now senator representing Zamfara West.
“We are not against the Ulamas but everyone here in Maradun who knew how the Ramadan and Sallah distribution of the gesture by Yari will believe with me that plenty of things went wrong”.
He said no one is against the involvement of Islamic scholars, but morally the committee should include politicians.
He therefore called on Yari and other stakeholders to immediately take measures aimed at remedying the situation for the better, noting that it was really a serious problem.
