Joe Biden will decide whether to enable Ukraine to utilize Britain’s long-range Storm Shadow missiles to strike Russian military targets far from the Ukrainian border during a meeting with newly appointed British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Friday, September 13. The day before, Vladimir Putin warned that Ukraine would be unable to deploy the long-range missiles without Western technical support and satellite guidance. He claimed that approving the use of long-range missiles would put NATO members at war with Russia. Putin promised to take necessary retaliatory actions based on the “changing nature of the conflict.”
