The leadership of Jama’atul Izalatil Bidi’ah Waikamati Sunna led by Alsheikh Abdullahi Bala Lau has paid a sympathy visit to the government and people of Zamfara state over the tragic incident of armed bandit attacks.
The leader of the group expressed concern with the level of mass killings that characterized the attacks in Anka and Bukkuyum emirates and prayed for God almighty to grant those killed eternal rest and give the injured one quick recovery.
He called on all and sundry to continue to pray for sustainable peace in both the state and Northern Nigeria extension.
In a remarks, Governor Bello Matawall thanked them for the visit especially that, they were the first set of people to pay him such a visit.
Matawalle said his government is always up and doing in making sure that peace has returned to the state.
Speaker Zamfara state house of assembly and other members of the state executive council and top politicians in the state attended the ceremony.
