Map International, an NGO with a base in the United States has donated drugs to Zamfara state government.
This was part of the fulfillment of its earlier promise made to the state government last year.
It could be recalled that during one of the visits to United States Governor Bello Matawalle has met with the leadership of the international organization when he escorted President Muhammad Buhari for an international event.
Governor Bello Matawalle personally received the donation on behalf of the state government and handed it over to the state ministry for health.
He thanked the donors for fulfilling their pledge and assured them of judicious utilization of the gesture.
