The embattled former Senator who represented Zamfara Central Kabiru Garba Marafa declared during a re-union meeting of Zamfara APC supporters in Kaduna that he and his supporters have attested to the simple fact that former Zamfara Governor Abdulazeez Yar Yari Abubakar has never told lies.
He also said he and his supporters have agreed that former Governor Yari is a reliable elderly party man to be reckoned with.
The former Senator who was narrating the outcome of the meeting he had with his APC factional group said, he had expected negative reactions and insults from supporters since when the pictures of their re-union hits the air-wave.
But he said as God has it no one responded negatively and the majority of the supporters were happily in support of the re-union considering the experiences people had over the period of the crises.
He noted further that he had never expected that the re-union can be possible so closely and prayed for all the party supporters to exhibit the spirit of sportsmanship in the overall interest of the party.
