The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Zamfara State Command, has deployed a total of (415) personnel across the state as part of the concerted effort to ensure adequate security throughout the Easter celebrations.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASCII Umar Mohammad M., said the personnel were stationed at various worship centres and other strategic places across the 14 local government areas of the state.
According to the statement, the State Commandant, Sani Mustapha, reaffirmed the commitment of the command in making sure that the security challenges faced by the state are adequately addressed.
He assured that the Zamfara Command is fully prepared to discharge its duties effectively and contribute to the maintenance of peace and order in the state.
