Zamfara State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party PDP has presented flags to six out of the fourteen candidates picked to contest for the post Chairmen at the forthcoming local government polls scheduled for November 16th 2024.
State acting Chairman of the party, Dr. Jamil Jibi Magayaki led the presentation of the flags marking the beginning of the campaign for the party.
The event took place at Talatar Mafara and the six candidates came from six local governments includes Anka, Bakura, Bukkuyum, Maradun Talatar Mafara and Gummi.
While acknowledging the giant stride of the PDP administration led by Governor Dauda Lawal the Chairman urged Zamfara people to continue to support the administration of Governor Dauda for the party to continue with its developmental policies and programs.
The party chairman was accompanied by strong party stakeholders, including the Deputy Governor of the state Malam Mani Malam Mani, All. Musa Mallaha and a host of others.
